BDK Ltd is a private construction company. It is established in Sofia in 1997.
The company is dealing with construction and enterprise, including design and construction of housing, administrative and office buildings, villa areas and family houses.
BDK’s employees and specialists are highly qualified. The technical managers are experienced engineers, qualified and trained to meet all modern requirements – high quality of construction activities, safe working environment, stable teams in all specialties able to finish the projects in time and with the desired high quality.
BDK Ltd is a long term member of BCC (Bulgarian Construction Chamber) under No. 10416.
During last few years BDK Ltd has been working mainly on projects on the Black sea coast in Sozopol town. Several housing buildings, hotels, villa areas and family houses have been built in Sozopol and surrounding area.
Last realized projects in Sozopol
Villa area Gradina – private villa area first line on the sea coast right next to the main entrance of the popular camping of the same name. There are 40 apartments, restaurant, shop, parking and swimming pool in the complex.
Housing building with 12 apartments and parking area near the beach of Kavatzi camping – known as one of the most beautiful beaches on the Black sea coast.
